- -ASCML is opened to natural and jASCML is opened to natural
and juristic persons regardless of nationality or place of
business. In order to be an active member, the natural person
should hold a University degree in law and be recommended by two
members of ASCML board of direction while juristic persons
should be commercial and maritime law related; otherwise the
level of membership will be reduced to that of an associate.
Free honorary membership is granted to distinguished supporters
of ASCML. Only active membership enables full Society management
capacity.
