• -ASCML's vision is to participate distinctively in the development and uniformity of commercial and maritime law, Arab and worldwide. The vision of ASCML will be achieved through the following activities:
  1. Establishment of action committees to study and propose development of commercial and maritime legislation.
     
  2. Cooperation with other official agencies and NGOs, Arab and worldwide, in the achievement of uniformity of commercial and maritime law.
      
  3. Holding law conferences, symposia and public lectures.
     
  4. Upgrade knowledge and skills of members through training programs and workshops.
     
  5.  Supporting new law graduates in their becoming specialists in the field of commercial and maritime law.
     
  6. Issue and publish a refereed academic journal and other related books and documents.
     
  7. Promote recourse to commercial and maritime arbitration and other alternative dispute resolutions (ADRs).
     
  8. Establishment of a law library supported by the most related references.
     
  9. Establishment of a website to enlighten members and facilitate networking.
